Libken Summer Academy

The Summer Academy has been an annual, week-long program since 2017, providing space for communal living, learning, and artistic practice. Each year, we work with changing thematic focuses and invite artists and instructors from various fields to guide the Academy’s content.

We understand the Summer Academy as a time of intensive exchange, shared practice, and reflection, away from everyday routines. Through the interplay of artistic work, communal life, and the rural setting, processes emerge that are shared in a public closing event.
