BODIES TRAVEL – Dance class-workshop

with Anuschka von Oppen

“ BODIES TRAVEL, “ is a dance class-workshop for artists of all disciplines, that uses improvisation to unlock new creative pathways. Through a multi-layered physical practice, the body and the imagination travel, allowing the senses to be open and meet with musicality, impulses and space. Rhythm, presence and spatial exploration are at the core of embodied tools that can be applied directly to one’s own artistic process. Movement, sound and play become a way of noticing and utilising the here and now, through states and textures.

The class, “ BODIES TRAVEL”, offered at Libkin´s project and residency space will begin with a dynamic warm-up created by Anuschka von Oppen, which fuses multiple genres, rooted in contemporary and urban dance, improvisation, performance and martial arts. This workshop is accessible to non-professionals and professional dancers, actors and performers. (Class in English/German)
