A look behind the scenes of festival organization!
Experienced festival organizers share exciting insights into production, team building, booking, and finances – we promise, the latter is more interesting than it sounds.
HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS
Learn, try out, and get directly involved!
From 2 PM
Cooking & Catering Workshop
Together with a professional chef, we’ll be making delicious festival food.
Woodworking Workshop
We’ll build seating together that will later be used at the festival.
Awareness Workshop
How do we create a space where everyone feels comfortable and safe? This workshop covers awareness, treating each other with respect, and how we can collectively contribute to an open and supportive festival atmosphere.
Joint Dinner
Naturally featuring what was prepared during the cooking workshop earlier.
And to wrap things up:
PARTY!
Electronic beats and DJs will provide the perfect finish.

Apple pressing
on October 3, 2026 – from 9:30 AM
mobile cider press “Klimmek” is coming to Libken in Böckenberg.
Here you can have your own apples pressed into your own juice on October 3, 2026.
Filled into a 3-liter stand-up pouch for €5.00 or a 5-liter box for €6.00.
Please register via olaf@libken.de.
We will organize interested participants into a schedule and then send you your appointed time slot.
We hope this will minimize wait times, though we cannot guarantee it.
During any potential wait times, or before/after pressing, you are welcome to look around Libken.
We will be offering coffee, cake, grilled sausages, and drinks.
